I experienced the exact same thing, even down to the number ranges you quoted (I had about 1100 followers). I stopped using TikTok because so much of it seems like fake bots. There’s a lot going on with TikTok that the company is suppressing.

I'm a new creator with a specific content niche and my previous videos were doing good, I was hitting 13K to 50K views. I recently purchased TikTok promote for 3 days in one of my videos for more followers (just wanted to experiment). I went from 22 to 198 followers so I thought it was effective. The problem is, after the promotion ended, my videos have been stuck at 200-300 views. No matter how good/relevant the hashtags are, no matter how much optimization I do with my content it still gets stuck after some time. I also notice I get a lot of likes and most people comment on my stuff but the views are literally struggling. It's like one view per hour. As a new creator this is very disappointing and honestly kills my excitement to put out more content. I searched all over and nobody knows why this is happening.

I was brand new, and I was getting 400-2k views per video throughout my first few weeks. Wanting to jump start my account a little, I naively paid for a 2 day promotion. The followers were just bots, and now my last 10 videos averaged 75 views. 75. I believe your logic is correct. I will keep posting for a month or so to try and rough it out, but it is so discouraging to have improved content get only a few views

Yikes.  I just made my first sale yesterday, it was in transit within 12 hours and then I come back home from the post office to find that Tiktok allowed the customer to cancel their order and refunded them.

I don't have time for this crap so I deleted all the listings and unlinked the store page. I would rather devote my time and energy to other platforms that aren't a huge pain in the ass. 

And your story just solidified that for me.  Fuck tiktok shop.   Get a lawyer involved.  Absolutely.

Literally the last fifteen odors i've made, i've been refunded, and i've got no answers even after sending messages to salaters, which go through tiktok's little a I b*******, and nothing's been sent out, keep saying delayed, and then eventually they just refund it with no answer anybody have any answers to this
